I am passionate about working with individuals and families who are looking for help with healing due to abuse or trauma. I offer clients a safe space to process thoughts, feelings and form a deeper understanding to symptoms which they are trying to cope with. Through the therapy process we will form an alliance to process the fears and feelings which can often be overwhelming.

For over nine years, I have been working in the social service field. I have worked in various settings such as clinics, agencies, shelters and schools. I was raised in a multicultural home, due to this I am able to provide therapy services in the English, Spanish or Polish language. I specialize in working with adults, teens (13-19) and families.

I value multiculturalism, diversity, equity and social justice. My practice is directly aligned to help increase client’s voices in order to self-advocate. Together we will work to increase your resiliency in order to not be defined by your trauma and give you the opportunity to rewrite your story.
